*Approved Liquor License are valid from May 1 - April 30 and businesses must renew their licenses each year. Please note that a new license is needed when a new business is being opened or a business is under new ownership. The City of Genoa offers prorated liquor license fees based on the date of application; if over half the license year has passed, the license fee for the remainder of the license year shall be one-half (1/2) of the annual license fee.
