ADA Compliance

It is the policy of the City of Genoa to provide access to its programs and services for persons with disabilities in accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, as amended. The City does not discriminate on the basis of disability and, upon request, will provide reasonable accommodation to ensure equal access to its programs, services, and activities.

The City of Genoa’s Personnel Manual governs employment-related complaints of disability discrimination and any questions can be directed to the City Administrator.
