Invoice Cloud - New Bill Payment Portal

Beginning July 25th, the City will be partnering with Invoice Cloud, a third-party payment processor, to streamline the City’s billing processes and therefore providing more cost-effective and efficient as well as environmentally friendly billing and payment options.

Invoice Cloud provides a portal that gives residents the ability to login and view their bill, usage history, and past bills but also pay using the following payment options:

  • E-check
  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Auto Pay

Additionally, residents can also sign up for text reminders when payment due date is nearing and opt for the environmentally friendly and cost-efficient option of paperless billing.
