To make an information request you will need to fill out a FOIA Request Form. This form should be submitted to the FOIA Officer as noted below. Once submitted, the form will be reviewed by the FOIA Officer and the requester will be responded to in accordance with the requirements of state law. The City of Genoa may request additional time if more than 5 days is required to complete the request.
The first 50 pages of print copies are free. Additional charges and fees apply for 50+ pages as well as electronic copies. Fees are subject to Sections 6 of the FOIA.
