Bills are mailed out on the first of every month and are due the 18th of that same month.
There is a late penalty of $10 or 10%, whichever is greater, that is assessed as of the 19th.
Penalty bills are mailed on the 19th and due on the 26th.
If penalty bills go unpaid, tags are hung on the door of the property and payment is due the next day by 10 am. If payment is not made by 10 am, or an arrangement of payment isn’t made prior, the water is shut off at 10 am and a $50 fee will be added to the account. This fee also includes the cost for turning the water back on.
