Police and Fire Commission
The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall consist of three (3) members whose terms of office shall be three (3) years.
Powers and Duties:
The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall appoint all officers and members of the Police Department, except the Chief of Police. The Board shall also perform all the provisions of the Commission State Statute, including disciplinary actions.
